Line Cook
Prepare authentic Mexican dishes including burritos, tacos, salads, and enchiladas according to Cafe Rio's recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment while working efficiently during high-volume service periods.
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of 5–10 crew members during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and adherence to Cafe Rio's food quality and safety standards. Handle daily opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
Guest Service Team Member
Serve guests at the counter, take and process orders accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and maintain front-of-house cleanliness. Provide warm, friendly service that makes every guest feel welcome at Cafe Rio.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, food cost control, and guest satisfaction. Play a key role in mentoring team members and upholding the Cafe Rio brand experience every day.
Catering & Events Coordinator
Coordinate and execute catering orders for corporate events, private parties, and group dining. Communicate with clients, prepare detailed order summaries, and work with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate catering delivery with the quality Cafe Rio is known for.
